Exactly How Does My Card Work?
It’s quite simple, really. Each award point you’ve earned gives you one dollar to make purchases. Your award earnings are automatically deposited onto your card. Then, when you use your card to make a purchase from a participating merchant, the dollar amount is deducted from your card account balance.
So It’s Just Like Having Another Credit Card?
No, your card is not a credit card, but it is a prepaid card and its value is on your point earnings! It’s accepted only by the Raytheon Performance Plus partners appearing on this website and your program website.
How Can I Use My Card?
At participating merchants’ retail locations you can present your card as payment. Or if you prefer shopping by catalog, use your card number to order by mail or by phone with participating merchants. And if you just can’t wait that long, use the Merchants links above to access merchants’ websites, where you can use your card for secure ordering online with participating merchants.
But What if I Want to Buy Something that Costs More Than My Current Card Account Balance?
Not a problem. If an item costs more than the balance in your card account, you can easily supplement your balance by using a credit card, personal check or cash. In fact, most merchants will let you mix and match funds to pay for your purchases. For example, you can request that a merchant deduct a specific amount from your card, then pay the remainder with another form of payment. Not all merchants accept split transactions.
Here’s the Fine Print
You’ll find your card expiration date printed on the front of your card.
Simply call Performance Plus Card Services via the toll-free number printed on the back of your card, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, for balance updates. Or check your balance online by clicking the Online Statement link above and logging into your card account.
You can always return an item you’ve purchased to the merchant and have the purchase amount credited back to your card account. Please allow several days for the credit to appear in your card account. Sorry, but refunds cannot be made in cash.
Special Offers and Sales
We encourage you to use your card to take advantage of special offers and promotions from participating merchants . A few suppliers may restrict card use during sales and special promotions, and these restrictions are clearly spelled out in their Terms and Conditions.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Call Performance Plus Card Services immediately, toll-free at 844-815-1851.
Lost or stolen cards can be reported twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Before your card can be reissued you must be able to verify the most recent transactions. It is important that you report a lost or stolen card promptly. Until you call to report the incident anyone who has your card can use it. You will receive a new card in the mail within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. A service fee will apply. Expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee.
