The following are general terms and conditions for all Performance Plus Visa® merchants. Please review these terms and conditions prior to using your card. Please refer to individual merchant pages for specific terms and conditions for that supplier.
Merchants
Some merchants may have formed business alliances with other companies which may be advertised on an authorized merchant’s website, catalog, or through signage in their establishment. Your card may only be used at establishments listed in your Performance Plus program informational materials, including updated Retailer Guides, websites, and current promotional materials. Your card may not be used at a merchant’s alliance establishment and in all likelihood will be declined.
Penalties will apply to any misuse of your card at unauthorized merchants.
